Went to get a simple car wash a few days ago (Nov. 13th) and I can say I will don’t ever want to come back. The Teenage boy who was supposed to direct my alignment as I enter the car wash gave me no attention, didn’t tell me if I was even aligned correctly, but to just put my car in neutral. I get into the car wash and then realize I am WAY too far left and I hear a loud crack and the entire car wash stops and as I’m stalled I can see my mirror is completely damaged. I had to track down and employee after I exited (even though they said they did hear the loud crack and the car wash stopped) and when I explained what happened they seemed to barley care, I HAD to ask to see the manager, he came out took a photo they took down my information and said I will be receiving a call soon, still hav

Five Stars for Outstanding Service and Value! I can’t say enough good things about this car wash. The service at this location is truly top-notch, and the management team is always helpful, respectful, and supportive. Eloy, the store manager, is the best! I’ve been a loyal member for a couple of years now, and I’ve never regretted it. The quality of the washes is consistently great for a very reasonable price. There have been a couple of times when the detailing wasn’t quite up to standard, but management corrected it immediately—no hassle, just kind and professional service. Just spent $40 on a wash and these are the results. I asked for a rewash of my truck and the guy said they couldn't do it unless I paid an additional $25 for mud removal. Should have said that when I arrived not after they left my vehicle looking the same as when I brought it in.

The service here is above and beyond!! Angie and Bee were so helpful and kind and Angie went to get a belt for me that they didn’t have from another store! Exceptional customer service.. they both deserve a raise! This is where I will always come from now on! Thank you both so much for the incredible work and help!

Love this place!!!!!!! All of the staff are awesome and take care of me everytime that I come. From Paco to Victor to Martin and the list goes on. I even thought I lost my phone and Paco went above and beyond to assist me and checking the cameras. The other gentlemen gave him the idea. (Can't remember his name right now). They do amazing when it comes to their work with my car consistently, and the customer service from all of the staff including inside of the gas station is TOP TIER!!!!! I will continue to come back and maintain my membership. They do not disappoint!!!!!!
