Cobblestone Car Wash

Just tried this place for a second time because my partner was so shocked that I had a bad experience here previously and once again it made my car somehow dirtier. This is actually much worse than my previous experience. The entire car is a streaky, gross mess. The audacity of them asking if you want to join their membership the moment you get there when the quality of their car wash is abysmal at best is insane to me. Do not waste your time or money coming out here. This is what $26 will get you. My car also has a new scratch on it that wasn’t there before. I think the reason they try to push the membership is because they know it cannot possibly clean it well the first time around. Now, I have to pay for a second wash somewhere else because this place is clearly a complete scam. How dar

Signed up for unlimited. Every time I go in they have to write down my phone # and go inside building. This adds 5 minutes to each visit. Car wash does poor job on front and back of vehicle. The towels are great and you need them to finish the wash where it's still dirty. Vacuum and air are great.

Came here for a car wash with a brand new car (less than 1 month old) and left with scratches all over vehicle and a trim piece ripped 3/4 of the way off the door. Advised the staff - they came out and took pictures, made a report, and advised me the GM of that location would reach out at the beginning of the week. Monday - Friday came and went without the GM reaching out. Beyond the car wash being sub-par (car was still dirty) and the clear lack of maintenance to the equipment (dragging all kinds of abrasive particulate causing scratches), I think my favorite part about Cobblestone was the predictable and blatant disregard/neglect from the GM. Super Disappointed! Paid for premium wash. It was far from premium, had to scrub with their wet clothes .. I spoke the manager who had an excuse for lack of premium results. I'm giving this place a 2 star as I was dissatisfied with the results, the vacuums seemed weak, and the manager reluctantly offered another wash, however I was late picking up my grandson. The only nice thing I can share is that they had plenty of clean cloths to wipe the car down. He said he was the manager but didn't want to share his name. NOT WORTH THE $23!
