I usually don’t write reviews ever but I can’t let this go. I’m not sure if I was just having a bad day or if they are paying people to write good reviews about this place because my experience was one I’ll never forget. My door ajar light kept coming on so I called and they said it would be $175 to get my car diagnosed so I took it in at 9:00 am. 3 hours later they called me back saying they figured out which door it was. Well, I had already told them what door it was so I don’t know if they just didn’t believe me or if there was no communication between the guys, but ok… 3 hours of labor for something you should’ve already known. Amazing service! They gave me a ride to work after I dropped my car off, and when I came back they had cleaned the inside and cleared the snow off my car. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!!!

I love using Next Auto Care for our car servicing needs. I’ve been using them for 10 years and every time I’m satisfied with the results. They’re very fair in their pricing and they also have a monthly coupon. They send out that I use as a regular client. They’re able to get me in quickly and solve both small and large jobs. I cannot say enough great things about this Next Auto Care! I brought my car in just two days before Thanksgiving, after my daughter had an accident coming home from college, knowing full well the timing was not ideal and that there was a chance they wouldn't be able to get it back to me in time.
