I bought a 20 year old Prius from Jacob, telling him how I needed an old but reliable car for my college kid. Despite their detailed check, the dashboard display went off an hour after I drove the car away. My heart sank, because I had just signed all sorts of paperwork confirming that I was not signing up for any warranty at all! So he had no legal requirement to help me. Imagine my relief when I called him and he jumped into action, tried to fix it on the spot. When that didn’t work, he sent it to a mechanic to be fixed and covered all the costs. I was so impressed— he didn’t have to do that: he just wanted to do right by me. If you’re looking for a used car dealer who is responsible and takes care of people, Jacob is your guy.

Jacob helped me while I was in a bit of a pinch. I needed an affordable family SUV quick, to which Lux had one available. From the time I called to inquire to the time I drove it away was about 3 hours. Jacob was incredibly flexible with an afternoon opening in his schedule. He clearly communicated all paperwork, was quick and efficient through all purchasing stages, and showed great professionalism. My circumstances in approaching Lux were a bit unique, yet I was still treated well as any other customer . Great service, good vehicle.
