Schomp Honda Service Center

I've had my car serviced here for many years and always found the experience good. The staff is courteous and professional. Wile some things take a while, I've never felt it was an inordinate amount of time. If you choose to wait, the waiting room is nice with some drinks and snacks available, comfortable seating and tvs. They do have unsecured Wi-Fi available for customers. They do have a play area for kids.

I scheduled a service appointment in order to get a key cut/programmed. I showed up on time and it took 10 minutes for the service rep to come over just to tell me that they did not have the key in stock and I would need to reschedule service when the part came in. To schedule service and show up, only to be told that the service you scheduled could not be completed is crazy. I rescheduled service and it was completed in a little over an hour. However, the dealership I got the vehicle from was handling payment of the service as it was part of the deal when I purchased the vehicle. The communication from Schomp to myself as well as with the other dealership was terrible. I had to facilitate the entire transaction as the service tech took hardly any initiative in contacting the other dealer

Our 2006 Honda Accord was serviced last week, and the communication via a video by the mechanic told us what items needed our attention. Joe was our service tech and was excellent. He worked with the tire rep whose name I can’t remember, but both were great.

Had SUCH a good experience with Cassie as my service rep. She was in constant communication with us and we loved the attention to detail. It’s pricier than any old auto shop but for a good reason. I got text updates & a video showing what they did already vs what was recommended. Going in for a recall isn’t fun but they make it easy here! Turnaround is typically less than a day. Not to mention we LOVE our cars. Got a 3.49% rate on both of them ♥️♥️

The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. As a 13 year customer here, to be treated so horribly is really quite shocking. Five hours for an oil change? And they’ll treat you like crap too? Go somewhere else….
