I took my car in for an alignment and discovered that I had pretty bald tires. Within three days, I had new tires on my car and an alignment and no longer had to deal with the tire pressure warning going off! This team is top-notch and I would highly recommend them.

Coffey Automotive was able to see me quickly, and ensure my vehicle was taken care of. They were all very nice and answered any questions I had quickly. I brought in my vehicle with check engine light, and they were able to fix everything and ensure I was back on the road within the same day. First time coming in, and won’t be my last! I recommend Coffey automotive. Scheduling appointments online is easy, and they always answer the phone to assist with this also. Shawn assisted me from dropping off my vehicle, to picking it up! Was very knowledgeable and honest with pricing, and what work was needed.

Best auto shop in the area. Super down to earth and HONEST guys working here. I brought in a car to be inspected before I bought it and they found $4,500 worth of repairs that needed to be done. They saved me so much time and money. I will be coming here for all of my service needs now. Erin was great to work with and their prices are very reasonable.

Shawn and Eryn are amazing. I had an issue with another mechanic who stole parts from me and didnt fix my car. They immediately got my car in and inspected it to make sure it was safe for me to continue to drive! I appreciate their honesty and transparency when I was extremely stressed and anxious! I appreciate you guys!!

It's always a tough pill to swallow when you get a pretty big bill to fix your car. It's a little more palatable when you have a mechanic who isn't going to find every opportunity to get every cent they can out of you. Coffey was incredibly fair in cutting the labor for some things (if the wheel bearings are being done the pads don't need a labor charge added because the wheel is already taken apart to get the bearings replaced). That's the sign of a good mechanic. I've been to more than a few mechanics in the St Charles area and Coffey is definitely one of the better ones.
