I called them about the AK 500. The person who answered the phone acted as if I was bothering them and that they would have to get up and go look at the information on the bike to give me the information so I didn’t even bother going there because if customer service was shit on the phone, you think it’s gonna be better in person . I went to Arlington motorsports North of Chicago to buy my bike. They treated me with great respect.

Good people. They had what I needed. They are short a mechanic and are hiring, so if you are a mechanic and know about ATVs, Side by sides, motorcycles, and other off-road vehicles they are hiring.

I had a flat on my Motorcycle. They recommended a tow service and were able to get me back on the road in the same day. I was extremely grateful. If you need Motorcycle service near Angola, this is a good Christian shop.

I’ve never in my life been so disrespected and gaslighted. I want to start by saying, everyone there is pretty genuine and faithful. The owner on the other hand, is extremely rude, blameless and condescending. I got in a motorcycle accident at no fault of my own and I just wanted to put a new wheel on. I buy everything needed and get it to them. The next day I come back, and the owner tried to charge 4 times the original quote. When I ask why, he says because the guy had to straighten the wheel which took multiple hours. I even told them on the phone prior to this all that that’s all the money I have until I got the insurance settlement so if I got the wheel back from them (which I got from eBay) I could have sent it back and got a new one, but now they were trying to charge way more for

So the people themselves are cool people, the lady at front and the mechanic, but sadly, I had to take off my 5 stars because we bought a quad from them and had nothing but issues with it. 20 minutes after buying it it needed a new starter, then a month after that it would stall everytime you tried the gas. I went in to pick it up after it was fixed, same issue...as soon as I hit the gas, it stalled. And now you have to start it with starter fluid...just not worth the 2300 I paid for it. I regrettably would have to advise against buying anything from them because of the issues I've had. I think it's more the issue of them buying garbage and selling it.
