I had a great experience with Collisions Xperts, especially working with Robert. From start to finish, he provided amazing service. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. After dealing with the stress of an accident, Robert made everything feel so much easier and less overwhelming. He answered all my questions, was patient, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly.

I was rear ended and my car was brought here by my lawyer’s team. There was a lot of confusion & lack of communication between my insurance, the law firm, and even the insurer for the person who hit me. Joseph stepped up with such amazing customer service. During a stressful time he reached out to make sure I knew what was going on. He was friendly & patient. He even worked with our insurance to transfer the car where it needed to go. I hope management sees this because he deserves to be acknowledged!
