Columbus Towing & Recovery

I just had an excellent experience with Columbus Towing & Recovery! I’d been having a lot of trouble getting AAA to tow my car because it was in a parking garage, but Columbus Towing & Recovery handled everything smoothly. They gave me a clear ETA and arrived exactly when they said they would. The man who came out was incredibly friendly and kind. I couldn’t recommend this company more highly ⭐️

This is a great place to go through. Very professional and provided excellent customer service in our time of need. David bibie is an amazing person who help me and my husband get our tire back on our car when our jack just wasn't enough.

Quick, personable, and creative when it’s needed. David (and Cody!) got our van out of a tough spot and he stayed optimistic after trying a few options before finding the right solution. We called because of the great reviews and had to leave one, too!

The short version: If you need a tow truck you're probably having a bad day. Give these guys a chance to make your day a little better. The rest of the story: I needed to get my daughter's car towed back to Columbus from Brown county. I gave these guys a call and they had it on a truck within 40 minutes headed back to town. The price was reasonable. The equipment was top rate. The driver (owner) David was very nice, personable and easy to talk to. You never hope to need a tow truck, but the next time I do these are the guys I'm going to call. Thanks again David!
