The entire process, from the test drive to the financing, was smooth and transparent. I've had my car for a few months now, and it's been running perfectly. This was my first time buying a car from Community Cars but it definitely won't be my last. Jacob Naugle provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire transaction. The motor on my last car went out and I was in desperate need of a quality and reliable vehicle with short notice. I wasn't able to make it out to him until around 9:30pm and without any hesitation he made sure that he let me know would take care of me, and he has done exactly that. From the time of initial contact to the time of me leaving the lot in my new (to me) Kia Optima, it was less than 48 hours. Buying a new car is always is always a nerve racking experience for me. Lets just say, I'm every car salesman dream. If you were to have a short talk with me, it would be obvious that I dont know the first thing
