Complete Auto Repair by Cold Air / Muffler Man

This was my first time bringing my car here and I just wanted somewhere honest and straightforward — no BS. That’s exactly what I got. My BMW’s AC was basically turning the car into a mobile sauna after about 30–60 minutes of driving. Todd seemed a bit intimidating at first but he took the time to really dig into the issue and actually called me with the diagnosis. He explained everything in clear, normal language — not trying to sell me a ton of extra stuff like the dealership usually does. When I picked the car up I had a couple of other questions, and he walked me through what to watch for in the future. The repair took a little time, but the honesty and patience were worth it. I will 1000% be bringing my car here again.

They even caught issues that another shop missed; it ended up being a bad deal, and they saved me from making a costly mistake. I came back with a different car and couldn’t be happier with the service. My roommate goes here too. Highly recommend!

I have been taking all my vehicles to Tood for over 25 years. There is not a more trustworthy, reliable, knowledgeable and efficient mechanic in all of Orlando. Todd and his crew are on point in diagnosing any problem your vehicle may have.

The tone and attitude towards the customers here are very aggressive and the workers especially TODD was not nice at all. Everyone has their profession and areas of expertise and they should be more than happy to share knowledge with customers who don’t know or aren’t that informed but there was a serous lack of compassion and respect from Todd.
