Couldn't have been a better experience. Samantha was very nice and helpful from the start. I had some long scratches on my front bumper. When I took it to Jamie, he looked at the scratches and went inside to get a rag. He came out and wiped the scratches right off and didn't charge me anything. Extremely refreshing honesty and would definitely recommend Complete Colision. Crash Champions down the street had quoted me almost $1800 to repair them and told me the whole bumper had to come off, be resprayed and some sensors had to be reset by VW. They claimed it would be over 14 hours in labor.

We had our new "to us" car for less than a month when it got hit in the rear-end. Most places I called were not taking new work as help was hard to find and parts were not always on time. Jamie was up front from the beginning and even the claims rep for the ins company said parts were on back order for most things and to please have patience. Yes a job that would've took maybe 2-3 weeks took just under 2 months but we were informed along the way as to what and why it was taking the time it did. Ins extended the rental twice without question. Both Complete Collision and insurance company were very informative throughout the whole ordeal. I usually don't write reviews, but this one was a definite exception. I brought in my BMW M3 to have the front/rear bumper repaired and repainted by Jamie. The vehicle took longer than expected than the original promissory date, 2 weeks rather than 1 week. The work should’ve been completed on an average of 2 days since it was a minor repair. I feel like the quality of work was not great and felt like the job was pretty much rushed since it was painted on the day before pickup. The front bumper was not painted entirely as what we wanted, and the front emblem was not removed as what was promised. I recently selected the team at Complete Collision to refresh my wife’s 14 year-old BMW, a 2007 335i coupe. The car had minor scratches, a couple of small dents on the driver’s door, and a crunch in the front bumper. Jamie and his team used the aftermarket body parts that I shipped to them to create a unique, one-of-a-kind work of automotive art, effectively a brand new sport coupe in less than 2 weeks. Although there were setbacks, as there often are in such an ambitious undertaking, Jamie‘s even-keeled disposition and can-do attitude never changed, and he and one of his techs even worked late on a Friday in order to deliver the car finished for the holiday weekend.
