After a minor collision, front tire would contact bumper when making a tight turn. As it's a 2009 F-150 I didn't care about cosmetics, just get my clearance back. When I called there was no electronic gate keeper. No being placed on hold. No appointment scheduled. Just a 'Bring it by, we'll check it out'. With a quick assessment, a 3lb hammer, a block of wood and a hydraulic ram my clearance was back. No frills. No parts to be ordered. No BS. This is how things got done back in the day. I was charged yester year's price too. Amazing. If I went to a polished chain shop I'd be put on a waiting list maybe at least a week out. They would want to replace the whole front end and charge a small fortune. Shops like KING ST. are rare jewels nowadays.

We got an emergency with check engine light on the highway all of sudden during the vacation. But, King Street Auto Body saved us! John was willing to open the shop for us although it was Sunday, and provided a professional service and addressed the issue. He is knowledgeable as well as nice and kind. We surely recommend this body shop to others!

They don't have the shiny uniform exterior of a chain shop, but don't let that fool you. The quality of service is above and beyond. Whether you need body work, oil changed or an inspection, I'd recommend King for anyone who wants great work at a fair price. They'll keep things tight if you've got a budget and are really pleasant to work with.

My son, daugher and I broke down on our way home from Manchester to RI. We were 2 hours from home when the car died. Triple A towed us to this garage. We had to leave the car and come back later in the week. Despite the huge snowstorm that hit the next day, the car was fixed and at a reasonable price. They could have taken advantage of the situation but did not. I give King Street Auto Body my highest recommendation. And they also have a great lab named Jackson !!!
