When I chose Ultimate Bimmer Services, I was looking for a mechanic to work on my 2012 BMW X3 who I felt I could trust as much as I trusted my previous BMW mechanic who retired. I was averse to bringing my car to a dealership because I know that their objective is to service as many cars as possible in the shortest amount of time, which often results in mis-diagnoses and even more headaches for me. I wanted someone who would treat me like the intelligent person I am and explain in plain terms the issues with my car. Ultimate Bimmer Services exceeded my expectations! Not only were they extremely transparent, they even provided a detailed list with pricing which I greatly appreciated. Brought my wife's 2018 BMW X2 in for a standard brake fluid flush and my experience was top notch. They have a nice, large, and clean facility with an indoor drop-off area. They were friendly, professional, and courteous, and worked quickly. The price was less than my local dealership and there were no high pressure upsells. They've got me as a customer moving forward!

I was searching for a reputable independent BMW service center and I came across Ultimate Bimmer Services and I couldn’t happier with my experience. Jamison and Dan were awesome to work with and were in constant contact with me through the whole process and set me up with a loaner the entire time my car was with them. I had a nagging CEL that would not go away, we tried software updates to see if that would take care of it. Unfortunately it was still persistent, thankfully they were able to take my car back in right away for further diagnostics. The worst part was it ended up being my turbo was on the way out on my 340i, i guess i got the most out of the stock at over 180k miles. Now the car feels great, running smooth like the day I took the car off the lot. I cannot recommend Ultimate

This is the second time I have used BIMMER and I am really happy with their service. They found the bug to my heating issue that other garages told me didn’t exist, but it very much did. It is really nice to be warm this winter! They are fair and helpful. I will definitely use them again.
