Brought my car in for an oil change, in Merrimack, on Webb st, it was done in a timely professional manner. They took the time to give the car a once over safety check. They gave me a report of the wear grading on my tires and approximately how much longer they will last. They also gave me a recommendations of what will be needed in the future along with a list of things that are in good shape. Very thorough and helpful. Friendly crew of people definitely recommend them!!

My mother in law has been using them for a few years. Great service and superior communication. She had an issue with some previous work done and they went above and beyond to correct the issue at no cost to her. Stand up company 100% recommend.

I truly appreciate Gills Point S (“GPS”) “traffic light” system of whether maintenance item(s) need(s) ASAP attention, or future attention, or green light (such items are in good condition, until further notice). I also appreciate that GPS completed work on my car within estimated turnaround time, written itemized estimate versus final invoice varied 10%+/-, & timely texted “progress reports”.

I've been going to Merrimack Auto for over 25 years. I took my car there recently and was charged 355.86 for a battery! Definitely not Merrimack Auto, seek out other shops.

Lovely staff. Clean sitting area if you have to wait for your car. Professional and trustworthy service. Truly a diamond in the rough.
