My girlfriend of 4 years (which means we’re married) asked me to accompany her while she shops for an SUV. We went to Conicelli Toyota in Conshy last week, and she fell in love with a RAV 4. The salesperson couldn’t meet her needs, and continued to harangue her about getting the (paid monthly for) warranty, until she was so overwhelmed that she left in tears. We went to the Conicelli dealership for used Hondas tonight, as she was extremely excited about a CRV that they had in stock. We told the salesman from the git that we were not interested in the warranty. He was deaf to our statement, so much so, that after repeating myself it 3 times, I used profanity to punctuate my point.
