I can’t really give a poor rating of the entire dealership , just the service department and the person thst runs it ( Pete ). My ski had been in their shop multiple times … 1st they said I needed a harness and fuse block ( 2k) died again within minutes now I needed a new gage ( 900 ) dies again within minutes … brought it back this time and after 3 weeks I call and ask what’s going on … im told he won’t get to it till mid December at best and further insults me that is it worth it to me even ( did I balk at the costs previously - no I was right there cash in hand ! ) this was the beginning of September and if he had no desire or intervention of working on my ski then why not say so when I bring it back to them for the 4th time !!!! Im not quite sure why I continued to let them work on it

Great repair shop for PWC, also a large selection of purchase options. Pricing can be a little expensive, but you pay for quality. Lead mechanic and staff are always extremely friendly and helpful over the phone and in person.

One of the Best Dealership in the Tri-State. My 2022 Sea Doo GTX limited overheated and died middle of the Ocean. I live in New York Brooklyn area, I called couple of dealerships around New York and New Jersey they were giving me hard times taking the Ski for a warranty repair. A friend of mine who serviced his Sea Doo at Connecticut Power & Sport suggested this Dealership due to fast work. I took my Jetski from New York to Connecticut. My engine was fully replaced and throughout the process I was informed about the repair. Save a time and use this dealership for fast repair. In NY they will throw your Machine on the side while you lose the season to ride your Machine. A+++ Service to this dealership. Thank you
