My experience started off fine, but completely fell apart once the owner got involved in the negotiation. He made multiple unnecessary and offensive comments, including implying that “the LX is too much car” for me based solely on my offer. When I asked how he arrived at that assumption, he said he can “read people” and made a judgment about me within three minutes. As someone who drove nearly two hours to view this vehicle, the last thing I expected was an older gentleman treating offensiveness like a sport. On top of that, the vehicle was misrepresented. I was told the suspension had been fully redone, but on inspection it was clear the job was only halfway completed. My fiancé and I were looking to get a truck that we need at this time and Tony was very good at explaining all the ins and outs. He was very kind and made the whole process of getting a car/truck easy! I would definitely come back for another vehicle. I drove an hour and 20 mins and even with driving far, I think I would come back here than a place closer to me. Thank you all again! You all are so kind!

Just bought a car a Santa Fe amd was driving on 422 and the sun roof blew out of it. Then the axel was spewing grease ever were and I just bought the car not even a week ago and these things happen. My buddy who works at a clinic in pottstown told me he bought a car there and it was 2 cars put together so when he went to get jnspect3d the garage wouldn't do it. Wow what a wreck of a place. I called josies after the sun roof blew out after not even having it for a week amd th3y told me there is no way they are helping me fix it. Pretty much to go screw myself. He didnt believe me. The garage took a look at it, my guys garage, amd said it was all rusty underneath the whole thing needed replaced. Wow what a joke of a place amd it needed a whole new front axel. $1500 total in damage. Don't eve

Tony and Dillion @ Josies was great! Dillion took time to answer questions and look over the car with me. Tony stayed late to make sure I was able to take my time and test drive the car and look it over to my satisfaction. Great service and nice car. Very happy with the 2011 Santa Fe. To the guy who didn't show up to get the Audi Q5, you missed out!
