Conrad's Tire Express & Total Car Care

I had such a great experience at Conrad’s in Avon thanks to Dave. I needed a quick tire repair but work until 6 PM, so I was having a hard time finding a shop that could help. Dave was incredibly kind and understanding on the phone—and even more so in person. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of quickly. It’s rare to find that level of genuine customer service these days. I’m so glad I ended up at Conrad’s in Avon and will only be going there from now on. Highly recommend Dave and his team to anyone!

I had such a great experience at Conrad's today. The person at the front desk was so kind and understanding. I actually went to the wrong location and called to explain what happened and why I was running late. He was so patient and said, “It’s okay, don’t worry, try to get here and we’ll figure it out. Everybody makes mistakes, this isn’t bad, come and we’ll get it done.” As a woman, I’ve sometimes felt mistreated or talked down to at car shops. This experience was completely different, so respectful, understanding, and kind. Hands down, the best Conrad's I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend!
