They are very nice people. Bad customers service. They had my son's vehicle for a year it never got touched. Then when asked for money back they refused. The owner has ben giving him a little at at time. My son has been dealing with these people for 2 years know and still can't get all he's money back. I would never refer this micanic to anyone.

Very disappointed as a person that I care for, has not seen their car since almost last May. It’s 2007 Nissan Xterra and now there’a another issue with the computer allegedly. If this isn’t fixed within the next week, the car will be towed out and to another shop. This is frustrating. It doesn’t take almost a year to fix a 2007 Nissan Xterra. They have already paid the auto shop around 4,000 as well and have the receipts for it. I hate it when an elderly couple is taken advantage of. This is awful and legal means may have to be taken if this car isn’t fixed and a detailed description on paper regarding the problems that has kept the vehicle in their shop for almost a year isn’t written down. I would be cautious using this place.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. I had driven to Rockdale from Cameron to shop next door at Antique Queens. When I went to start my car afterwards, it wouldn't start. They pulled my car next door, helped me immediately, and even drove me to Cameron since I didn't have a way to get back home. Highly recommend!

Yes, very friendly, but my fault not knowing too much about mechanics, but was led to believe that they did work on my car, and they had not. Asked for a receipt for tax purpose and they could not provide me one. Maybe because they had not done any of the work they said they had done. Will not ever take my vehicle here anymore, and will let so many people know what happened to me here.

They picked up My Grandmother when she got stranded and replaced the cv axle joint within 2 hours. It was a miracle that JC was there for us!
