Convenient Auto

My first time using Convenient Auto Care will definitely not be my last! I’ve always relied on the dealership’s service department for my vehicle, but not anymore. The dealership’s service advisors told me I needed several repairs totaling over $3,000. I’m so glad I decided to get a second opinion from Dave and his team. They performed a complete vehicle inspection and confirmed that none of those expensive repairs were necessary. The services I actually needed came to under $400—what a relief! My only regret is that I didn’t start using them sooner.

In the five years I’ve lived here, it took me several tries before I finally found an auto mechanic shop that I trust here in New Bern. I’m very particular about my car (Audi), and how she’s serviced. Unlike other places, I’ve never found grease on my steering wheel or door handles, never had oil spilling out on my driveway because someone forgot to check the seal when they changed the filter, and never been surprised by an unexpected charge—all things that have happened at other shops before a friend recommended Convenient. Dave is exceptional to work with when leaving my car. I’m happy to drop it off, and I always get a text when it’s ready. I just moved to the area. I came here to get my AC looked at/fixed. They were awesome! Dave took the time to tell me what was wrong and how they could proceed. Seemed very genuine and truly care! I will definitely be coming back here for my car needs!

After my exploration at the Honda dealership I came to convince auto talked with Dave a real nice guy . I took my car and dropped it off and they did exactly what I ask I had a problem with it running rich oh, I needed them to do return diagnostics and give me readings so I could fix what was wrong with it. Honda dealership wouldn’t work on my car because they said I worked on it and they don’t wanna go behind me. What a load of crap what if I took it to the GMC dealership and then brought it to them same difference nonetheless I digress he gave me the results It for a few minutes went home, made some adjustments fixed. It couldn’t be happier so far so good. I will be using them again in the future.

Convenient Auto Care is really easy to work with. Dave and his guys are very knowledgeable. If I was looking at new mechanic I would not pass him up. In the last year he has done a lot of work for me. And I'm very pleased with his work. He does exactly what he said he's going to do. And in a timely manner.
