Conversions Firestone

Went in because I had hit a speedbump going too fast... and had a wobble in my steering wheel. Had already tried another shop in town with no help so didn't go in here too hopeful. The gentleman behind the counter was very polite and I think he could tell I was a little flustered. He was very quick to have it looked at and determined I had a bad tire. Was in the process of that replacement when the tech noticed another tire was also damaged so they communicated right away and expressed their apologies it wasn't caught initially and that the cost was going to be double. Which can be a big shock. They handled the situation with compassion and I truly felt like they cared about the safety of myself and vehicle. My wheel wobble is all gone and I'm back on the road. We stopped in to get some help with our air shocks. They filled them up quickly and didn't didn't even charge us. We were in and out in 5 minutes and they wished us a safe drive on the rest of our trip. I highly recommend these guys!

I barely made it into town with my four kids in an overheating Suburban and blinking check engine light. Darrel and John were very accommodating and kind, and got us back on the road after only a few hours (thankfully it was nothing too serious).

They do great work & are honest. My old car (more than 273000 mi) hasn't been warning light free in MANY years, but they found the problem and its now fixed and running great.

The owner of this store stands behind the Firestone Tires it sells. Let me explain to clarify the situation. I purchased a set of Firestone AS two years ago from this vendor. I had a right rear tire go flat and it was found that the inner side wall was punctured. They also found that the tire was showing signs of dry rot. The owner assumed that this dry rot condition was most likely occurring on the other three tires. He confirmed this by visually inspecting the other tires. He ordered four new tires and replace all four at no charge to me. This act alone is what customer service is all about.
