Don't waste your money here. Always dirty. If you can get the card reader to work, the nozzles in the DIY bays are awful, water pressure is worse, the hoses that come from the ceiling leak all over you. The automatic car washes never have any soap in them so you don't leave much cleaner than when you came. You'd be better off washing your vehicle at home or going somewhere else.

Absolute trash. Clearly, the owner has cameras in each bay. I was in Bay 2 I believe and where the hose is attached in the middle of the ceiling of course I try to use Tire cleaner first, and then it started leaking from the hose in the ceiling where it comes out it was leaking all over the place, all over my car that power washer works that's about it, you can't use the tire cleaner, can't use the foam brush Cant use pre soak. that doesn't work because it leaks from the hose swiveling ceiling, So clearly the owner can watch the cameras and knows what's going on but doesn't fix it before a customer puts in $6, I wish I could give this place zero stars and there's no contact information anywhere on that building. Oh boy, something's broken. Maybe I should tell the owner oh wait I can't be

We bought the monthly plan. Terrible! Doesn’t work much of the time and sometimes runs out of soap. It also won’t scan our code on the car sometimes and we have ask for a refund on the wash. Don’t bother! We are canceling today

I've got mixed feelings on this place, on one hand, I love having a nice self service wash right by home, the downside however is going today, anything that wasn't a high pressure mode didn't work at all, no presoak, spot free wash, or tire clean, simply didn't work, and there were no signs disclosing it, and I didn't learn that till after I put my money in, also wasn't a great relief to see the washer turn unit held together by literal duct tape... Update: june 10th, both self bays have the same issues, gonna be looking for a different self service wash next time, I've seen work crews here multiple times too, it'd be nice if they at least displayed whats working and whats not.
