My father co-signed a vehicle with my ex partner from here in 2021/2022. They saw we had babies and a little child (3 kids) and they still sold us a car that was absolutely terrible and wrong. We were just excited to get a car that can fit all of us in it. I saved up my money to be able to get that car. Anyways, the day after we purchased it, the car started to have a leak. The whole car wreaked of something burnt. THE VERY NEXT DAY OF PURCHASING. They told us to bring it in which we did and we were carless for a few days. They said they fixed the issue but of course that wasn’t the case as we had so many leaks and problems shortly after. We asked to trade it in and they didn’t want to do anything for us and said take it up with the bank, but the bank was saying to take it up with the deal

Kassondra is very knowledgeable very easy and smooth to work with!!! She got me everything that I asked for. I showed up, she walked right outside, and started up the vehicle. She let me take it for a test drive and did not hassle or stand over my shoulder to try to sell me something. I made the purchase and everything was good. While speaking with her, I realized that she had been there for a very long time, and knew the business and paperwork inside and out. The owner is lucky to have somebody like her. Would definitely recommend checking this dealership out and especially because of her presence.
