They were able to help me with a last minute tow when my originally scheduled tow fell through. I had an appointment to get to, and they worked hard to make sure my vehicle arrived on time. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and provided updates when they arrived at the location and again at drop off. I really appreciated the communication and their effort to make it happen.

Got in contact with him through AAA. AAA told me he would communicate when he’s going to show up. The only timeline I got was from AAA that said an hour and a half out So at about the one hour mark that went out for food. At which point the driver called me and told me that he was at the vehicle. There was no prior communication on his end. Then he told me By 430 he would have to leave When I got there at 4:30, he was already gone. Then when I called him back three times he sent me right to voicemail Then, finally, I called his company direct line where he did pick up And told me he was on a different call. After that, I ended up waiting an additional two hours for a different truck. The guy is rude. The guy did not want to deal with my vehicle and the communication was absolutely terrible

I recently had my 2011 BMW 335i towed by Cortes Towing, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. My car is lowered, so I’m always cautious about who handles it but the driver was extremely careful, professional, and clearly experienced. He treated my car with the same level of care I would, and the entire process was smooth and damage-free. From start to finish, the service was prompt, respectful, and done right. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the extra effort taken to ensure my vehicle was protected. I highly recommend Cortes Towing to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy towing services and good price . They definitely earned my confidence.

Horrible company - do not use! They were supposed to come tow my car to the dealership and would not wait 5 mins for me. I waited 1.5 hours for them and they just took off. According to AAA they are supposed to call you ahead of time to give an ETA, but they never did. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!! I had to call AAA for another dispatch and this time the AAA fleet vehicle came. They called me 18 mins ahead of time and everything went with no problems at all. I suggest if AAA assigns Cortes Towing to come to your assistance, you ask them to reassign you to the AAA fleet. Much better customer service!
