Costco Tire Service Center

I’m hesitant to leave such a negative review, because I truly love Costco. The employees are fantastic, they are taken care of by management and in turn they take care of customers. That being said, this tire center doesn’t run well. They are slammed and don’t have the staffing to keep up it seems. The person at the front desk is constantly answering the phone, running back and forth to the back, making appointments and selling batteries almost simultaneously while trying to collect people’s keys and get people their cars back. The result is very low efficiency and excessive wait times. To be clear this isn’t a reflection of the great employees, but a symptom of bad management. I Understand if you are a walk-in all bets are off for wait time- but if you have an appointment you should have

I urgently needed my tire to be replaced the same day. Costco went above and beyond to help. The wait was super long but not complaining since I didn’t have an appointment.

Horrible Customer Service! 20 year member who shops at Costco weekly is almost always disappointed when at Brookfield Costco. Called at 4:42 about purchasing new tires, we were told we have them and to stop in. On arrival at 5:15 we don’t take walkins after 5. One employee said no, one said we can after the next appointment, then it was after several appointments with no guarantee. The lack of customer service is so disappointing even at the assistant manager position. Check out the photo as the shop is empty - car on the lift is done. The other bays EMPTY. Stick with waterbury costco - never an issue. Very disappointed with the staff at the tireshop and the store manager.

My experience at the Costco Tire Center was absolutely outstanding. All three gentlemen I worked with were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful—Chris, the supervisor, in particular, went above and beyond to make the entire process seamless. I had mistakenly ordered the wrong tires, but they quickly and expertly resolved the issue, leaving me completely impressed. I wholeheartedly recommend Costco Tire Center to anyone looking for exceptional service and expertise.

I wanted to update my 5star review to a 1 because on my Nissan rogue I have gone for two tire rotations and both with stripped studs , the fist visit Costco said they didn’t strip the wheel stud so I paid out of pocket to have it fixed , the second visit another wheel stud is stripped and no I didn’t go anywhere or have any work done since, so now I know for sure it’s them , if you are reading this. I Would appreciate it if you honored your work and gave me a reimbursement for this second wheel stud that is stripped
