Costco Tire Service Center

The turnaround for larger tires is ~2 hours. They did a great job. They only do TIRE SPECIFIC SERVICE - no alignment. I guess it has to do with liability. They specialize in tire install and repair and for the price it was well worth it. Very happy with the product and service. I’ll be coming back here for new rims.

If you are a Costco member and have purchased tires from this location, they offer free rotation and I believe 3 year of warranty on flats and other services. The process of tires including installation for brand name tires are cheaper than other tire stores

Terrible experience, I will not be back. Took much longer than promised. They asked if I wanted the tire lettering inside or outside… then proceeded to do whatever they wanted (mismatched at first, wasted more time to replace). I asked about changing a spare tire when I arrived, and I was told they didn’t have anything in stock. Well, I asked to check the spare size during my prolonged wait. Sure enough, they DO have a tire in stock. But “they have to take care of appointments that are on time first, so it will be a while.” Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

While the service itself had no issues, there are 3 major problems that I have experienced. 1. Incorrect tire pressure. I've taken both of my cars here for seasonal tire change and rotation, they would miss the spec by a lot. My SUV has different tire pressure for rear 39psi and front 35psi tires, and the Costco technician would just put 39 psi for all tires. This is extremely bad for cars that have a drastically different pressure spec. This happened 3 times. 2. They were not careful with my car. For my smaller car I usually put the tires in the back seats as they will not all fit in the trunk, after the service, I found very dirty spots on the rear seats and the passenger side floormats were broken (the mat was pulled hard and the plastic rings that keeps the mats in place broke off and

Very slow service. Expect to wait around 2 hours. If you shop during that, make sure don't buy frozen food. Making and appointment online sends you way in the future, you better call the store. The only good thing about it is when you buy a SET of four tires DURING the promotion period that will almost get you free mounting and balancing. Road Hazard program is a joke and a waste of time since it is only accepted at COSTCO and it's not worth waiting 2 hours to remove a nail and patch a tire. They said I don't have an appointment!! With nail in the tire you need to rush to the nearest Costco tire center not to go online and mess with that online platform that's not even belongs to the main Costco website. (Requires separate login credentials) To be honest, I don't even waste my time a
