Great prices, the wait times are going to be very long if you do not have an appointment. Friendly staff. Make sure you have everything you need for your appointment(wheel lock) or you will have to come back and wait... Definitely worth buying tires here as you get free flat fix and tire rotation. I have had great experiences and not so great experiences. It depends on the team member and how backed up they are.

Tyler who works at the auto center counter was really good to deal with, I came in to purchase a battery. There was a problem with adding a Costco $40 shop card to my purchase. The manager working was absolutely terrible and unprofessional at the tire center. Didn’t want to deal with the situation. I had to get another manager from the customer service counter to help. But Tyler keeped his composure and was extremely professional. Felt bad his boss was so bad. I never leave a review, but this guy went over and beyond to help me.

Very poor service, I came for tire balancing. After this low air pressure warning started, I called and they said come tomorrow anytime even after asking for appointment. When I came here they said that I need appointment. Somehow, I waited for it and get it fixed they put so much air in the tires, then air leakage started happening. Third time I booked appointment but forgot key card of Tesla and then did not try to see the problem, I had to run home for it and came back quickly. I told same to Kelly, still when I came back I had to wait for so long. I am so disappointed with there rude behavior.
