Mavis Discount Tire

I do not recommend this location. Tires were installed incorrectly, which created unsafe driving conditions, and I was also upsold on an unnecessary alignment. I was encouraged to leave a positive review at checkout by scanning a QR code, which I later edited. On the drive home, the car developed a noticeable bounce, as if the tires were not balanced properly. I returned and was told a wheel weight had fallen off, but after rebalancing, the issue persisted. A second opinion from a trusted mechanic confirmed that one of the tires was improperly seated on the bead. When I returned for a third time, staff refused to acknowledge the issue, claiming it was not possible to install a tire incorrectly and that the problem would’ve “fixed itself” with more driving—despite the potential safety ri

These guys are horrible. They took my 2024 bmw m2. I got two new Michelin sport A/S 4 for the rear wheels on my car. Both rims are scuffed up and have scratches that wasn’t there prior. The passenger seat seat belt was all messed up and the seat adjusted all the way back. He took it for a test drive without me even knowing. And told me that the tire pressures weren’t adjusting properly which they ultimately did. There was no need for a person to sit in the passenger seat to begin with. My front lip is scuffed. And the weight that’s suppose to sit inside the rim has been ripped off for no apparent reason. What a way to spend $900 bucks.

I had an excellent experience at Mavis thanks to Bob. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, honest, and extremely helpful. He took the time to clearly explain what my car needed (and what it didn’t need), which I really appreciated—no pressure, no upselling, just straightforward and trustworthy service. Bob kept me informed throughout the process, made sure everything was done efficiently, and had my car ready on time. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical knowledge with great customer service, but Bob absolutely does. If you’re going to Mavis, ask for Bob—you’ll be in great hands. I’ll definitely be coming back because of him.

These people are the best and most professional. We had a severe issue with our car and we stopped there with our 4 kids and they helped us instantly. They were very busy but they were so humane and with compassion seeing us with the kids and in the mid of snowstorm. If you want to be safe and your vehicle in good hands, you should go to Mavis Discount Tire!!

Absolutely awesome experience! Eric went above and beyond. I came in with a flat tire just five minutes before closing, and they still took care of me and got a new tire on quickly. That’s real customer service!
