Costco Tire Service Center

Called to schedule an appointment and ask for a quote, representative immediately hung up the phone without saying a word. I love Costco, sad for this first experience with the tire center. Had new tires same day via AAA auto care down the road.

I had a really nice experience here. Everyone was really helpful, I had made an appointment the night before and in spite of needing a full new set of tires instead of a simple patch, I was still only there for two hours. It took less time than my oil change at the dealership. They were also pleasant to work with. Especially given it was a busy Sunday, I was grateful. Fair price for four tires too.

Disappointing experience at the Costco Tire Center. We brought our car in for a routine tire rotation and balance, and immediately afterward a rattle started coming from one of the wheels. The noise was not present before the service. We returned the following week and were told the tire was rebalanced, but there were no notes on the worksheet acknowledging or investigating the noise we reported. When the rattle continued after that visit, the staff claimed it was a mechanical issue and a coincidence that it began the same day the tires were rotated, and said there was nothing they could do. I’m disappointed not just with the outcome, but with the lack of documentation and accountability. I expect better communication and follow-through from Costco, especially when an issue clearly start

Kris, Josh and Matt at Costco tire are true lifesavers and amazing people. I purchased tires elsewhere and had a problem within the first hour of getting home. These guys fixed the issue and took amazing care of me. I will NEVER go anywhere else!
