I brought my vehicle to Coulter Cadillac Tempe for some specialized suspension work and to diagnose an issue with the onboard performance/data recording system. From start to finish, the team here was excellent. They communicated clearly, took the time to understand what needed to be done, ordered the correct OEM hardware, and performed the installation and alignment perfectly. They even left detailed instructions for using the recording system, which was a great touch. What really stood out was the professionalism and willingness to actually listen and help — something I didn’t get at other local Cadillac dealers. Oh my goodness! Where to begin?! I purchased my first car - a Cadillac - from Coulter in Tempe. And I have one massive regret… why didn’t I buy from here sooner?! Amazing professionals at every level! I called in and spoke with John about a CT5 and he confirmed its availability and told me he’d have it ready. When I pulled up I was warmly greeted by a nice gentleman named after a city (maybe like Dallas or Boston or something. I forget!). He took me to John who showed me the vehicle and boy did I fall in love with the car! Two different managers named Val and Jonathan came over and said hello to me during my purchase and made me feel very welcome.
