Country Club Car Wash

Located inside the Mobile On the Run location on the airport road. I was a member for years and really appreciate the value represented by their car wash club offering. It is great to have unlimited car washes for a set monthly fee. There have been days when I've had sales calls at construction sites and I've had to wash the car multiple times to get it clean. Likewise, there have been days where I've had to wash the car more than once because it got filthy due to the places I drove. Once a week is generally my rule. I can only think of once that the wash was unavailable due to maintenance. Prices in the pic are a throwback to 2016.

I had some mud/dirt on my car (that could easily be wiped off with your finger) so I decided to go through the car wash. It didn’t get it remotely clean the first time. The attendant let me get a rewash, which was really nice. After the second time, it’s still not clean. These pictures are AFTER the second wash. Once again, the mud easily wipes off with your finger so I’m not sure why this car wash wouldn’t get it clean. I tried reaching out to customer service online, and all they would offer me is another wash. If it didn’t get it clean the first two times, why would it get it clean a third time? I ended up just having to hand wash it myself and it came right off.

My vehicle stays pretty clean overall. I couldn't imagine getting very good results with this type of wash if you have an average dirty vehicle. Every one of these Country Club tunnels pushes the vehicle too quickly resulting in poor cleaning, poor rinsing, and poor drying. If you keep a clean vehicle and wash it once or twice a week this does an ok job but eventually you're going to have to hand wash to get all the leftover soap residue and stuff off.

I signed up for a membership at the kiosk in the drive through. The attendant refused to give me a sticker for the window or help unless I came inside. I use a wheelchair and tried explaining but they didn’t care. Poor customer service. The other locations gladly helped out.

Great car wash and great store! My car always comes out spotless with the car wash and the store is super clean too, you can tell they take pride in it. Best store to stop at in Saint Louis.
