Country Used Tire

I initially went for air in my tires but when the Jeep was inspected the brake pads and shoes were gone. Went to get new brakes and found out the calipers were no good. I noticed when the attendant bled my brakes he didn’t pump them like every other dealer has done. Instead he pushed his foot down and kept it down to the floor the entire time. I had never seen that done but didn’t mention it because he was the “professional”. Well, when I left the business my Jeep was pulling when I accelerated and when I went to brake, my brakes would sometimes be loose, going all the way down and sometimes be really tight and only go midway down to the floor. I can’t say enough good things about this shop and my mechanic Maz. From the moment I walked in, I felt taken care of. Maz is honest, knowledgeable, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. He explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell me, and made sure my car was safe before I left. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can genuinely trust, but Maz is 100% that person. The young mechanic who worked on my car was incredibly considerate and helpful, taking the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I felt comfortable with the process. On top of that, he’s genuinely one of the most handsome and kind mechanics I’ve ever met, definitely a bonus! 😄
