County Transmission was recommended by my local mechanic as my low mileage 1996 Sierra was randomly tripping codes for various transmission items. They had no issues working on the 29 year old truck and spent their time seeking out possible issues. They found two possible issues causing the concerns and combined the work and gave me a reduced price. The truck runs fantastic now. These guys know transmissions and I am very happy with the work.

Honestly these guys are the best! I brought in my 1990 Chrysler New Yorker fifth avenue. (My first car since I was 16, currently 38) I put 2 transmissions in this car previously. And for the 3rd time it started giving me trouble again. I let it sit for over 3 years thinking it was the transmission. I was finally ready to possibly invest into a new one. These guys were completely honest with me and explained that my car was stuck in "limp mode" and I just needed to replace a fuse. (A couple of other things as well) but they were completely HONEST with me and respect that and would recommend then to anyone.

We have never felt so welcomed at a mechanic shop as we did at County Transmissions! We are traveling musicians and had some trouble on the road with a failing transmission and thousands of miles yet to go. We called Hampton and he said, “Bring it in as soon as you can” and promised to get us up and running back in time for our next show. These are good people that understand what it means to help others and the price was more than fair! Truly the best experience we’ve ever had at a mechanic in our entire lives.
