Crain Buick GMC of Conway Service Center

Wow!! Crain Buick GMC Conway Service Department has gone over and beyond once again!! I am SO GLAD that I continue to purchase all of my vehicles from You!! Aisha, you and Richard are the GREATEST!! Excellent customer service with a smile and very courteous!! You have seen me through all of my service appointments and personally have made sure that all of my service needs were successfully accomplished. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO FOR ME AND MY FAMILY!!!

The service was awesome. They knew exactly what they are talking about. They shared a video of the issues. They kept me updated on the repairs. The price was very reasonable for all the work they had to do on repairing the oil leak and doing the turbo replacement. I had used another dealer before this and they didn't catch any of those issues. Highly recommend Crain service center for GM repairs. It might be a drive over, I am in North Little Rock, best decision to come here. I am happy and my car is happy.

I have used Crain many times over the years and while I typically have pretty good service, this time left a lot to be desired. I originally was going to have my 4 tires replaced as I was told they could have them in the next day. I dropped my vehicle off at 8am on Friday. By Monday at 4pm no tires were installed because apparently they only got 1 delivered instead of the 4 I needed. I don’t know… so I had to have them cancel that so I could get my vehicle back. All of that is fine. Stuff happens. No big deal. My real problem is with the service rep. Rustin. He seems like a real nice guy but the communication was just so poor. I had no updates on Friday. No update on Saturday until I called. Again on Monday, no update until I called. I called his cell which was highlighted for me on his c

Quick and easy to get an appointment and the service done. I bought a used car and asked them to look it over for me and they were very fair about the price to look it over and explained what needed repair. We worked out a timeline to fix it for my budget and now I feel secure in knowing it’ll be fixed right and at a fair price and the vehicle is dependable. Thanks again Trey and Richard, y'all are the best!

Trey (service) advisor and the team at Crain GMC services continually does an excellent job. I appreciate the updates, videos and explanations. The due diligence to try to diagnose issue and provide solutions has been greatly appreciated. Lastly, the patience to work with my warranty company is always great because they, warranty company, can be very ‘trying.’ Definitely will continue to take my car to Trey!
