Crash Champions Collision Repair Cuyahoga Falls

They replaced my engine and transmission. They did not fixed my temperature gauge and it did not reflect the temperature on the inside dash. They never reininstalled it when they should have. They threw away the part and taped up loose wires. Now it's costing me $400.00 out of pocket that should have been fixed. If someone is going to do the job do it right 100% of the time. I only found out about it when I inquired about it my last oil change. Pathetic.

They did what they said they would for the price they quoted. It was on time and I appreciate the automatic texting status system. The car looks great. Just like new. They repaired my Tesla model three. (Aluminum bodywork) Thanks Tony!

My car had dent and scrap damage and needed the entire front fender replaced. The technicians were able to fix the damage and replace the fender in a very short amount of time. They even matched the unique color of my car using their color-matching software. They were very polite and professional as well. I am incredibly happy with the repairs and will keep them in my phone, just in case.

We just got our Dodge Charger Daytona back after a few weeks of repairs and it was in great condition. The team made the whole process such an easy part of the whole situation of being in two car accidents not even 24hours apart. They kept us up to date with text messages and gladly answered any of our 100 questions we had! We have to go back due to a part being on back order but our babys back in our hands.
