Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I was right on mileage for this change but it has been 9 Months since we did the Full Synthetic 5W-30. I like how careful these techs are. They pull the old oil out through the dipstick so no chance of of drain plug issues. Unless I am at the Ford Dealership I always come here.

Tyler, Luca and Brian took great care of me and my automobile. Polite, efficient, and did quality work. These younger people are wonderful and I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else for an oil change and inspection unless I had to do a service at the dealer they couldn’t do. Bravo!

Bravo! I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received at Valvoline. From my initial phone call with Jennifer to my interactions with Spencer, the manager, and Tim, the service technician, the entire experience was truly exceptional. The dealership had quoted around $550 for freon, but Valvoline provided the service at a significantly lower cost. Furthermore, they assured me that if a leak exists that they were unable to detect, and the freon were to leak within 30 days, they would replace the freon at no charge once the issue was resolved. Upon arriving at the shop, Spencer took the time to explain the process in detail and addressed all of my questions. My daughter recommended Valvoline, and now I am delighted to endorse this establishment as well.

Horrible service here. Very rude. Waited over an hour in line to to get a quote. Went to Orielly around the corner and completed my service my self for 1/3 of the cost. Was willing to pay for the convenience of what most centers provide but the folks working at this location are just not to the service level of Macedonia or kent locations. Today they lost of customer of over 15 years.

I saw well trained employees that were very friendly and helpful. I felt great leaving there knowing my car was in great condition and they even replaced my windshield wipers! I didn't know where to go to have them replaced and happy they took care of that for me. I will be back and let people know what a great team of people you have working at Valvoline!
