Flynn's Tire & Auto Service - Cuyahoga Falls

I needed a door handle put on and the store manager and staff worked with me on the price $$$ and they were very kind and helpful. I recommend this particular store because they are honest and fair! My neighbor also has had good experiences here and she is the one who recommended it me.

They found out what the trouble was with our car. Several times they have done that & then fixed the problem correctly. We are very pleased with Flynn's in Cuyahoga Falls. They are kind & friendly. They will even take you home if the repair will take several hours & then pick you up & bring you back to get your car if you live locally. Their work is wonderful. They are honest. If your car does "not" need something done, they will let you know. You save money that way. Their prices are fair. We highly recommend them & will continue to use them. Very pleased!

I've had service at Flynn's before. This time I got my back brakes replaced. The service is great. I always wait for my car since I don't have a ride. They always get me in and out pretty quick. Their prices are awesome. I had gotten a quote for $800 elsewhere for my brakes, which I knew was ridiculous. Flynn's price was literally half that. I get good advise and recommendations also. So I will continue to go to Flynn's for my vehicle service.

Amazing service all around! Came to Flynn’s after a rogue piece of shrapnel took out one of my car’s tires (AWD). I spoke with Zach over the phone to get a quote for a full new set that beat the quote my dealer presented. I brought my car over that same afternoon, where Zach confirmed the price for services, and took my car in. I did notice how they were short-staffed, and they couldn’t get to my car that afternoon. However, I was able to bring my car in the next morning, and get a full new set installed and alignment done for a much more reasonable price. Great, quick service, and the guys were fairly professional. Thank you Zach and company for getting me back on the road!

I have spent thousands of dollars at this place. Been a loyal customer for years. They have never once charged me to provide an estimate of services needed. Today they insisted that they needed to. Justin, the manager, was highly lacking empathy regarding my situation and was but willing to work with me. This place has gone downhill, clearly. I do not recommend them.
