G & R is the only auto place I trust! I've gone to them for several things where other places either made up issues or tried to charge double. They even checked out a car for me that I test drove before purchasing to confirm the car was in good condition. Very honest people here.

We have been going to G&R for a few years and have been incredibly impressed with the service that we have received. We trust them, which is HUGE for an auto mechanic. As someone who knows nothing about cars, they take the time to explain everything to me and I feel that their prices are fair. They are always able to get us in quickly. Jon in the front is very good at what he does. Great customer service, friendly, and he knows his “auto stuff” to explain things in simple terms. Highly recommend (although I hesitate to write this as I feel like they are currently none of our “best kept secrets” in Cuyahoga Falls).
