I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Crash Champions. From start to finish, the communication was clear and professional, and everyone I interacted with was genuinely friendly and helpful. My car looks fantastic, the repair work is flawless, and they went above and beyond by washing it inside and out. It honestly feels like I’m driving a brand-new car again. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality work and outstanding customer service!

I highly recommend Crash Champions in Merrimack! They fixed my car quickly after a minor accident.The staff was very friendly and communicated with me every step of the way. I was never left in the dark on where my repair was at and they gave updates on when it would be ready. As a bonus, my car was super clean when I picked it up! I also appreciated that they waited to take my car in until they had time to work on it so it wasn't just sitting in the lot untouched for a long time, as this has happened to me at other shops in the past. If I ever need repairs again I will definitely be back!

Avoid at all costs. They quoted me almost $1800 to repair these scratches. They claimed over 14 hours in labor. I felt like this was robbery, so I took it down the street to Complete Collision. The owner there came out with a rag and wiped the scratch right off, and told me it was just paint transfer. This place would have taken $1800 from me for scratches that could be wiped off. Save yourself thousands and go down the street to see Jamie instead.

Was forced to go here because insurance. If I could give negative stars I would. The person evaluating my car for damage per insurance couldn’t even be bothered to take his AirPods out while he talked to me. My car was there 2 weeks longer than expected and when I confirmed my appointment they tried to get me to cancel it. Go to a mom & pop private shop.

Kevin and staff were helpful and went out of their way to do a very thorough and professional job. They were excellent at keeping me up to date on the status of the repairs, expected finish time, etc. I hope I don’t need them again (ha ha), but GLAD to know they are there if I ever do.
