Crash Champions Collision Repair Stafford

This was my first time using this shop personally, as well as my first experience with an insurance-preferred repair facility—and it will be my last. My vehicle was involved in a hit-and-run. I chose this shop because, when it was previously Service King, my mother had positive experiences, and my auto insurance recommended this location due to its proximity to my home. When I initially picked up my vehicle, it looked great. Several weeks later, while hand-washing the vehicle as recommended after repairs, I noticed the clear coat peeling on the repaired bumper. I returned to the shop, where the General Manager attempted a repair and stated he had “never seen anything like this.” Fast forward to the present—while washing my vehicle again, I noticed additional areas where the clear coat i

Top notch service! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. We’ve had to bring our vehicles there several times and we always get superior service. Excellent with status updates and customer service. Oh, they do great body and paint work. 10 stars for them!

Needs major improvement before I would recommend this place. They allow Saturday drop off so I dropped my car off Saturday morning. Ive had bad experiences with other repair shops in the past. It seems people love to lay stuff on the vehicle while working on it and scratch the paint. Of course the shops always say "that was there when you dropped it off". So now any time I get my car repaired I make sure to show the worker that there's no scratches around the area needing repairs. That way they can't say it wasn't them when a new scratch appears. Which leads me to the first complaint. I took a photo at drop off. I even had the worker look at the car. I mentioned other shops had a history of adding scratches and he assured me they wouldn't do that. I specifically showed him the trunk and

Kevin is the tech I've worked with and he's always quite helpful. He communicates consistently throughout the process, so I always know what's going on with my car. They stand behind their work which is why I would recommend them.

This is our second time at Crash Champions and both times, Nick went above and beyond to assist with the repairs on my husband’s Lexus. He thoroughly gave us updates on the car and both times were completed on the time frame they promised. The car looks immaculate after the repairs. 10/10 would recommend for their outstanding customer service.
