Crash Champions Collision Repair Summerville

VERY dissatisfied is an understatement! My car was with Crash Champions Summerville for two weeks for minor front end damage due to a MVA on 11/22. When my car was taken in, the front bumper was attached with a few minor cracks in it and my front blinkers worked just fine. I picked it up with a zip tie, flat tire, and front blinkers not working. After 2 weeks, Geico gets an estimate of damages. They decided to total my vehicle. Crash Champions stated they had to put my bumper back on. I picked my car up with a flat tire (the nice gentleman filled upon my request) and my front bumper attached with a zip tie. Geico paid more than $350 to have them reattach my bumper and a zip tie is all I received for this amount? On top of that, because of their delays, Enterprise charged ME almost $200

I decided on getting my Genesis even though Crash Champions had multiple bad reviews on Google and Yelp. Car was returned to me missing multiple parts. My fog light was not hooked up so I had my regular mechanic fix for what I believe was a reasonable fee of $186.00. This store in Summerville, SC has given me the runaround for over a year now. Saying they would reimburse me. I believe that they are on their 3rd or 4th manager since that. I just want to scream. This makes no sense at all. Pay what you owe. I can recommend that you not go there.

These guys communicated well with me and had my car ready exactly when they said it would. Car looks great and Anthony was a pleasure to do business with!

My husband was hit from behind on his way home from work, the other cars insurance sent us here 2 days after wreck. Receptionist was kind and explained everything to me from top to bottom. Next day Kyle called me told me everything that needed to be done and parts were ordered. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He made you feel like family. My trunk wouldn’t open with pushing either the fob or the button in car he took it right back and it worked when he came back 5 min later. I was scared after I read reviews however I had a wonderful experience
