Crash Champions Collision Repair Wauwatosa

10/10 Experience with Christina, Harry, and Nate. Might get into another accident just so I can have the pleasure of working with them again 😅 No but seriously the techs did an amazing job on my car. They are so thorough and Harry was very communicative of any updates throughout the process.

This is the second time I've used Crash Champions to repair my collision damage. I have to say they do great work! Their color matching is fantastic. You really can't tell the difference. They even cleaned my vehicle! Their communication is great, they keep you up to date with the status of the project. They'll do everything they can to get your vehicle back to you as soon as possible. If I were you, I'd definitely check them out.

They were excellent! They fit me in right away? And a 2 week repair estimate ended up only taking 2 days! They washed the exterior and interior of my car. Everything looks great with the repair. Harry was really helpful and Christina the office worker had a great attitude and was very friendly. They clearly take a lot of pride in their work. They also made getting a rental very easy as they connected me with enterprise who picked me up at Crash Champions, and then when I picked up my car, I was just able to give them the rental keys and they handled the rest. I am super thankful as needing crash repairs is a stressful process.

Job took months, not weeks,. Some damage not addressed. Had to return for problems found. Nate was very good about communicating.

Nice workers! However, my vehicle was not repaired correctly. They are working on trying to order the part to repair my bumper correctly.
