I've been a customer of State of the Art Import Auto repair for a several years. They've been honest, provided competitive prices, and performed quality service, and even gave me rides back to my local home when I needed it. Recently, I missed four appointments. We went back and forth over phone over months and there was miscommunication between us. My schedule has been hectic but regardless, I take responsibility for missing these appointments. When I called back to try and schedule again, the shop respectfully stated that they didn't think we are right to do business together in the future. I was disappointed that there wasn't more clear communication about the impact of missing appointments or reminders about when upcoming appointments would take place. I have taken three of my cars to Randy and Sarah for various maintenance and repairs - from oil changes to brakes (Accord and Pilot) to engine mounting bracket repairs (Pilot) and more. The work was always completed within expectations (they do a great job of setting a reasonable expectation that they know they can hit - and then many times exceed that expectation) and with the highest quality.
