I have been coming to this Kia for many years to service my vehicle and passed vehicles as well. Unfortunately, this will be the last time that I will come to the service department. my most recent service appointment was just this past week, and when I called to make the appointment the phone to the service department just rang and rang. Nobody picked up. I had to make an appointment online and include a comment as to why I was bring in my vehicle. I didn’t receive a call to confirm my appointment so I did contact the dealership to confirm that they had the details as to why I was bringing my vehicle in. The person that time that answered my phone call was very nice and she verified that all of the details were on there and made sure that service team could see those notes. The day of my

I booked my 60,000 mile maintenance service online but when I arrived at my appointment, the $230 fee I’d become $800 fee. It was explained to me that there was a problem between the online service and what they actually provided at the service center and that it was the $230 fee was for a 30,000 mile maintenance package. As I expressed to the service center manager Matt, that in an environment that is already a space where women feel taken advantage of this bait and switch situation only feeds that sort of unsafe environment for women in service center and I have lost my trust in Kia. Service was good. Originally booked an appointment for 3:45. They called me day of and told me they close at 2 that day. Me and my wife both work and had to readjust our schedule. Then, we waited 2 and a half hours for an oil change after we already booked an appointment. Service on the car was fine, however the process is not customer oriented at all.
