I am a senior citizen and I was shocked and dismayed, with the low level of Customer Care received from, Counter Associate, Marco. This was my first visit to this neighborhood store and I came to purchase a battery. I greeted the Counter Associate, Marco, and explained to him, that I wanted to purchase a battery. I also, asked to have the battery installed ( a very reasonable request). He immediately, loudly, proudly and repeatedly, explained to me, that he does not install batteries, when it's cold. It was 17 degrees above 0' (yet, I and others, watched him install windshield wiper blades, for a much younger lady). Thank God, for store Associate, Dominique. He volunteered to assist me and I was very happy, with his excellent and high level of Customer Care! He was extremely help

I was impressed with how fast and knowledgeable these guys were about my battery. they checked it right away, and then when it wouldn't charge, got me the right one and then installed it. I was in and out in like 20 minutes.

Veonte is the GOAT! Customer service was excellent. He treated us like family and replaced our battery for us when our battery randomly died on our Lexus ES300 y1999. Thank you for taking care of us, much love to the guys at this location 🙏🏻

I've been to the store a few times to get my battery change. Each time Dominique was very friendly and took extra time to make sure my car would work when installing my new battery. Thank you Dominique!

Mike at the Wauwatosa store was very helpful and professional. He helped me replace wiper blades and I was in and out of the store in less than five minutes. Great store with great employees!
