Crawford Towing Mobile Truck Repair and Recovery

My fiancée and I purchased a radiator from the owner of Crawford Towing, Josh Crawford, and we never received the radiator or our money back. We trusted he would ship it to us, as we live in Indiana. He conveyed for 2 months that it was on the way, excuse after excuse, but we never received it. Then we asked for a refund of our money which was almost $700 for a couple of months and could not get our money back for multiple reasons also. Once I said we were going to start legal actions to recover our money, he stopped responding all together. I would advise not "prepaying" for anything with this company, or Josh's "side" business of taking parts off of school buses and selling them through marketplace. Called to get my truck towed, and was told it would be 1,500$ to towe it 34 miles. I understand your trying to run a business but really. Even if you charged 300 a hr it would take you 5 hrs to go 34 miles.

The mechanic come out looked at my vehicle said he couldn't service it on the road had to have it towed to a shop I thanked him and he left

These guys are awesome. Had a truck stuck they showed up in a timely manner and got the guy out quick! Highly recommend them.
