I brought my motorcycle to Crossroads for a $150 inspection because I knew the carbs needed work. Before dropping it off, I had already changed the oil, oil filter, spark plugs, and fuel, and I told them this at the time. The quote I got back was over $1,500 and included all of that same work I had just completed — making it clear they either didn’t properly inspect the bike or simply padded the estimate. When I declined the overpriced and inaccurate quote, I was then told I still owed “taxes” on the inspection. For the record: in Indiana, labor-only services (like inspections) are not subject to sales tax. Charging sales tax on an inspection fee is improper. Had them install my new rear wheel for me. We had a few issues with the spacing due to being aftermarket wheel, but Joe was right on it and worked with me and did a great job! Would highly recommend! Great communication and top notch work!

We purchased 2 new 4 wheelers off Crossroads paying 3300.00 for both.. A 110 Rival for my 9 year old step-son and a 125 for my 11 year old stepdaughter for Christmas...I bought new because I did not want to buy used and have to work on them by Christmas. After about 6 hours of riding over 3 days my step-son was thrown off it because the left front wheel came off and the 4 wheeler flipped over...I could not believe it happened...After calming down I pulled both 4 wheelers in my shop and started going over them and I found several bolts on both of these unit that were never even tighten..l have been a mechanic for 40 years and this is nothing but poor workmanship and there is no excuse for these 4 wheelers being in this condition coming off the showroom floor at Crossroads Power Sports in La

The salesperson (Carrie) was the best. She took the time to explain everything I needed to know. I never felt pressured to buy anything. When I was ready she guided me to the bike that would fit me perfectly. I was also able to buy the helmet and gloves I needed at the same time.

Spent about $1100 for crossroads to change fluids and fix the radio. They said it was fixed and it's doing the same thing. Now it has shut off and won't turn on. Not happy
