I came in on an emergency when my car lost power steering. They were very helpful from the moment I walked in. They stopped what they were doing and took a look at my car right away. I got a full diagnosis on it and received a call by EOD with the results. The lady in the office was very professional, personable and helpful! She really went the extra mile to help me look at my warranty and talk me through my car’s issue. Would recommend 10 out of 10.

This shop is a hidden gem! It’s rare to find a place with down-to-earth staff, great communication, quick turn around, and immense skill/knowledge. I’ve never trusted an auto shop as much as I have this one for the last almost 5 years. If you need anything repaired, they will get it done! You’ll drive off feeling safer - as I have every time. After having my 2016 Chevrolet Traverse at 2 previous locations and spending $ that did not need to be spent, my brother heard about this place. We got my vehicle towed here and I wished we had started here in the 1st place. Every person we encountered was kind, professional and understood what customer service meant. They checked out my vehicle, gave me the cost to get it fixed and then did what most other places would NEVER have done. They gave me advice that led to me not getting the vehicle fixed there based on the cost. They were honest with us. They did not think it was worth it to get a brand new engine (which is what they specialize in) but the choice was mine. Talk about great customer service and being more concerned about what is best for the customer over "making a buck"/pr
