Definitely recommend! One of our work trucks, a dodge ram wagon 3500 which is actually an extended van not a wagon, needed to be towed at the end of the Friday workday. Such a nightmare! Just when you thought your weekend started, life says “NOPE!” Not only that, but it was in front of our customer’s place of business, which has a really narrow and awkward parking lot. Leaving it there overnight wasn’t an option. Jasmine not only came in and saved the day, but they were the best price and awesome customer service! They communicated with us on expected arrival time, then let us know when they were 15 minutes out, and arrived when they told us they would. I definitely kept their number in my phone just in case! I should have went with a different company. Almost 1 hour late past the 60-70mins time I was already waiting. Driver missed turns and exits, they also “lost” my key, attempted to tell me I had them, when earlier he grabbed my key from me to get my car out of neutral, he then proceeded to find them “allegedly” on the floorboard on my side. I’m thankful to have my car delivered to where I needed it for the meantime, but I was definitely better off going through another tow service. Could’ve been an off day or something but I will not be using this service in case of any needs. Price was good though, I can say that however.

Was in an accident waited for hours for the tow truck company my insurance sent to come out they never arrived Jasmine Towing had came to pick the other car involved up and gave me his card. After finally getting tired of waiting I call Jasmine Towing and he came the exact the time given and didn’t charge a crazy fee. Would definitely call again if needed and he was very friendly and helpful.

These are good people he waited for over 15 minutes for the car lot to get my car so we could tow it to my residence. Very professional and kind. I only wish I was able to give him a bigger tip! I will definitely be using this company again!
